FPCL have an established range of specialist workstations to spray, mould or hand apply fire protective coatings onto critical components.

Fire safety - from just a few minutes up to 4 hours - can be achieved with careful fire engineering and appropriate materials for the job in hand.

FPCL have a large facility, zoned with shot blasting, drying and humidity control capabilities, and an extensive selection of moulding and spraying equipment. This allows FPCL to offer customers a range of applications, including Epoxy Intumescents, Ablatives, Fire Resistant Paints, Flame Retardants and Fire Blocking materials, all to high degrees of accuracy and quality. Test criteria are targeted at the construction industry's BS 476 range, to Defence standards, FAA and IMO.


FPCL's in-house expertise, based on over 20 years of practical work, is fully geared to helping customers plan and achieve their requirements, to advise on the very best methods available and the most suitable tests required to validate them.
