Fire Protection Coatings Limited – Flame Retardant Spray Coating
FabFire is a flame retardant spray coating for use on Curtains, Drapes, Furnishing Fabrics and some paper and timber products. It is easily applied using a hand held or knapsack spray. FabFire is exclusively supplied by Fire Protection Coatings Limited and, where required, it can be applied in our specialist workshops.

Technical Data
- The level of flame retardancy depends on the type of material to be coated.
- The quantity of product depends on the material, in general, heavy absorbent ones require a higher density of product.
- Coverage will typically range from 3m²/Ltr to 12m²/Ltr depending on the material being protected.
- FabFire is tested to BS5867 Part 2 Type B and BS476 Part 7 Class 1.
